Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved especially for you, a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will apply for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice. Out of respect for our employees, we stand firm in this cancellation policy. Thanks for supporting our small business.
